Every Class starts with a book, and then we explore through, Drama, Art, or Building.

 

Storytime Sunday

Storytime Sunday, 10.30 Sundays Age 3-6, Type, Audience, Storytelling followed by Craft The original bright workshop and the inspiration behind opening the bright Emporium, this unique offering of meeting world famous artists and authors and have them read their books and do a craft class is truly remarkable to have on the doorsteps of Claham. These events are rare and not every week so sell out quickly.

Cat and Hutch

Cat and Hutch 10.30 Sundays Age 3-6, Type, Drama A storytelling Duo ' Cat and Hutch' dedicated to bringing our children's books to life with Interactive Drama Workshops. Open a Book to Open a new world, their workshops include different drama games to jump into the story and discover new worlds and characters.

Messy Toddlers

‘Make a mess at our place not yours!’ 9.15 Saturdays, Age 1-3 Type - Arts and Craft Our first and most popular workshop now comes in two sessions – one younger, one older, we are not that strict on age so if a time works for you go for it, just bear in mind one session is for the younger audience and one session is more advanced. BUT all the children will be working with paint, glue, scissors and special bits and bobs to which will enhance your little ones creations.

Build a Story

Build a Story- with Lego 11.30 Saturdays, Age 3-6 Type - Lego Discover new books and authors with this imaginative workshop. Each class is based on one of our author/illustrators books, we read and explore the themes and characters in the book, then the children make something wonderful with our baskets and baskets of Lego! Inspiring a love of reading, thinking independently, stimulating imagination and problem solving.
